We are a full-service family chiropractic practice dedicated, with experience since 1985.  We believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. Dr. Clinch is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, The South Dakota board of Chiropractic Examiners and Serves you with years of experience in chiropractic and wellness care since 1985.  Dr. Patrick always considers referral to appropriate  physicians if warranted while working with each patient.
